Call me Coach Jim
I started coaching in 1991 and have been a full-time coach ever since—which makes me one of the first three coaches in Minnesota.
I started coaching in 1991 and have been a full-time coach ever since—which makes me one of the first three coaches in Minnesota. I was certified as a Master Coach by the International Coach Federation in 1997, and was one of the world’s first 100 coaches to hold this distinction.
I have developed my coaching style through education from the Academy of Coaching Excellence, Coach University, The Arbinger Institute, and Newfield Network. (I’m pretty into this coaching stuff.)
I am passionate about personal development and education and am always learning more through Landmark Worldwide, audio books, and podcasts. I also received the Gaston Award for lifetime service to the Minnesota Chapter of the International Coach Federation.
