So, how is the PQ Program different from all the other programs you’ve tried before?

You know if you want to become physically fit, you need to put in the work and regularly train to strengthen your muscles. The same is true to become mentally fit.

With the PQ program, the work you do every day – from the audio reminders to the PQ reps – will strengthen your brain, just like strengthening a muscle, so that you are more capable of mastering your mind.
